LAD #7-Thomas Jefferson's First Inaugural Address
Thomas Jefferson's Inaugural Address stated that he essentially thought that the job of being the President was above him and he would have to work hard to gain the approval of our great nation. Jefferson would have to use all his time and talents to help maintain our great nation and solve many of its problems. He believes in the majority having the power to bring about changes in the nation. Also he promises that he will treat all citizens equally and that the people have faith in Jefferson to do the right thing for the nation. Finally he hopes that the citizens will do their part as well by making good choices in their own power.
