LAD #5-The Proclamation of Neutrailty 1793
This document was about George Washington's belief that the United States should try to avoid all situations which would interfer with the United States maintaining neutraility amongst other nations and their disputes. Also that any such actions shall result in criminal punishment. Essentially this document sums up that the United States wishes to avoid war again and to not be involved in situations that are not directly affecting the United States. The United States is also attempting to establish friendly relations with other nations to avoid conflict and stay neutral. Any actions committed against another nation by another, that person will lose any protection under the United States because it goes completely against the Proclamation and the beliefs of the United States.
